1. Routine maintenance

1. When the drum is loose before and after the work, please adjust the M10 screw of the front bearing to the proper position. If the gear shaft is loose, please adjust the M10 screw behind the bearing frame to an appropriate position and adjust the clearance to prevent the bearing from making noise. Rotate the pulley with proper tension. Over-tightening or over-loosening may damage the machine.
2. When the machine is stopped for a long time, it is necessary to wipe the whole machine, apply anti-rust oil on the glossy surface of the machine, and cover it with a pump.
3. Regularly check the parts, once a month, check whether the movable parts such as the bolts and bearings of the worm gear, worm, lubricating block rotate, and repair it immediately if any defects are found, and do not use it forcibly.
4. After the automatic granule packaging machine is used or stopped, please take out the rotating drum, clean and clean the residual powder in the bucket, and then install it and prepare for the next use.
5. The automatic granule packaging machine shall not be used in a dry and clean room, and shall not be used in a place where there are acids and other corrosive gases circulating in the atmosphere.
