Automatic filling machines are often used to infuse liquids, such as milk, beer, etc., and are commonly used mechanical equipment in the industry. There is a set of process rules for the operation of the filling machine. Only according to the correct operation of the filling machine process can the production be safe.
1. Check before use: Before starting, make sure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the 380V power supply and the machine case is grounded. Ensure that the air pressure on the filling machine is 0.05~0.07Mpa. Check whether the motors and bearings need to be lubricated. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil. Only start the machine after normal. At the same time, observe whether all the liquid storage tanks have material chain plates that are stuck. Whether there is debris on the conveyor belt. Whether there are bottle caps in the storage cover track. Whether the water source, power supply and air source are connected. Whether all the liquid storage tanks have materials. Whether the water source, power source, and air source are connected, and whether the fasteners of each part are loose, wait for the operation of each part to stabilize before normal use.
2. Check whether the safety facilities function normally. Make sure that the valve of the reaction tank and the pipeline of the filter device are tightly connected, the filter cloth of the filter device is intact and not damaged, and the cover is covered with the tightening bolt to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all connection lines related to the filling machine to ensure that there is no broken skin or short circuit and other faults.
3. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether there is water in all water tanks, whether the chain plates are stuck, whether there are sundries on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the storage cover box, whether the water source, power supply, and air source are connected, wait for the preparation of various conditions After finishing, turn on the main power QF again, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and the emergency stop indicator are off, then the starting conditions are met, press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling point, and the buzzer beeps three times After the warning, the whole machine starts to run, and enters the fully automatic working mode of washing, flushing, and filling. When the machine is stopped, press the stop button at the filling place and the control box, and the main power supply should be turned off after the machine is shut down.
1. There is no foreign matter (such as tools, rags, etc.) in the filling machine equipment;
2. Those with long hair should wear a hair cover;
3. All protections should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden to wear clothes that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.);
4. The filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal noise, if any, it should be shut down immediately to check the reason;
5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water or other liquids;
6. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. when cleaning to prevent corrosion by strong acids and alkalis;
7. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it, and do not use tools or other objects to approach the machine;
8. Don’t let personnel not related to the operation approach the equipment.
1. Regular inspection and maintenance: Pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control valves and electrical parts should be inspected monthly. The inspection method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and reliability of the action. The cylinder is mainly checked for air leakage and jamming. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to determine whether the solenoid is burned and the valve is blocked. The electrical part may be compared with the input and output signals. The indicator light is used for verification, such as checking whether the switching element is damaged, whether the circuit is disconnected, and whether each output element is working normally.
2. Precautions for daily maintenance: Whether the motor is operating normally, whether the installation environment is normal, whether the cooling system is abnormal, whether there is abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, whether there is abnormal overheating, discoloration.
1. The motor and chassis must be grounded, and the neutral wire and ground wire must be separated;
2. The incoming line of the power supply of this machine must be led in through the leakage switch;
3. The three pneumatic components require special lubricating oil for pneumatic to extend the service life of the cylinder;
4. The water pump is strictly prohibited to work without water. During the operation, pay attention to replenishing the alkali water tank and the disinfecting water tank, and at the same time ensure the supply of cleaning water.
1. Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyor belts and water tanks of the filling machine equipment before and after get off work every day.
2. Clean and disinfect the filling equipment and pipelines with disinfectant water (chlorine content of 100PPm) every week, and then rinse the equipment with process water.
3. The operator should record and save the disinfection and cleaning process.
