    3.Quartz Sand Filter
    This device is used as the first filtration of water treatment. It is made of 304 stainless steel. There is quartz sand as filter material inside. It can remove sediment, rust, large particulate matter and suspended matter,…etc. in raw water.

    4.Active Carbon Filter
    Activated carbon filter is used as the second filtration of water pre-treatment and the filter medium is active carbon.     Reference Bottle Design
    YC series linear PET bottle blowing machine is used in the production of PET water bottles, hot filling bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles…etc. It stretches the preform by controlling the stretching rod through servo motor. The advantage is that it can be stretched in sections, firstly position the preform, ensure the verticality of the preform when stretching then secondary stretching.     2.Online Cap Sterilizer

    Usage: Used to sterilize and clean caps.
    Working principle of online cap sterilizer:
    The caps sorted by cap elevator go into the cap track of online sterilizer. There are multiple sets of spray nozzles inside the track. They can spray disinfectant water(recycle use) on the bottle cap from different angles, which not only disinfects the bottle cap but also pushes the bottle cap along the track going forward, after the bottle cap is disinfected, it needs to be rinsed with pure water, and customers who need it can add blow-drying treatment(via oil-free clean compressed air).

    3. 3in1 Bottle Washing, Filling And Capping Machine

    3in1 bottle washing, filling and capping machine
    The rinsed bottle is drawn from the bottle to the filling part by the bottle whisker, and the bottle is filled with the filling valve during the running process, and the filling is carried out by means of gravity type filling method. The adjustment of the output is controlled by the inverter.
    High-speed filling valve, liquid level control is accurate, the error is small.
    After filling, the bottle enters the capping station by transmitting the star wheel, the rotary knife on the capping machine stuck in the bottle neck, and the bottle cap is held together to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. When the cap is completed, the capping head overcomes the magnetic slippage, does not damage the cap, and when the cap is raised, the cap lever ejects the cover from the cap mold.
    This machine adopts man-machine interface operation, Japan Mitsubishi PLC, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technologies, with automatic control of liquid-in; no bottle no cap; automatic shutdown when no caps and other functions.
    Washing Part
    The bottles are passed through the air conveying channel, and then transferred to the three-in-one bottle washer by the dial star wheel. A bottle clamp is arranged on the rotary plate of the bottle washer, and it clamps the bottle neck and turns 180 ° along a guide rail, so that the bottle mouth is downward. In a specific area of the bottle washer, the bottle holder nozzle sprays bottle washing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After the bottle is rinsed and drained, it is turned 180 ° along the guide rail again, so that the bottle mouth is upward. The washed bottles are exported from the bottle washer through the star wheel and transferred to the filling station.
    Filling Part
    The rinsed bottle is blocked by the bottle neck tray and raised up by the cam, and then the filling valve is opened to start filling. After the filling valve is opened, the material completes the filling process through the filling valve. After the filling finishes, the bottle mouth drops and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle neck star wheel.
    Capping Part
    1. When the bottle is transferred to the capping part from filling station, it passes through the star wheel to the position which is under the capping head.
    2. The caps reach the cap scraper through the cap falling channel.
    3. When the bottle passes the cap scraper, the cap is automatically placed on the mouth of the bottle.
    4. The star wheel continues to rotate, and arrive to capping head, the capping head will be lowered, and then cap is sealed.
    5. After sealing the cap, the capping head rises and the star wheel turns the bottle out.

    5.Blow Dryer

    Shrink Tunnel
    In the case of different and irregular round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles etc, the new-style shrinking oven is easy to adjust and maintain. Adopt electrical type heating, keep good shrinking effect and at the same time, no dew on the cap, will not affect the following station. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation.
